MisFit Farm prides itself in providing high quality Eastern Washington hay

which we have sourced out directly from the grower. With nearly 50 years as

a hay grower, our source provides us with consistently top quality hay year

after year. The hay is lab tested and analyzed for moisture and nutrition

content yearly.

2017 Pricing

$1,000.00 month

Stalls include:

• 12'x14'  3/4" rubber matted barn stall

• Access to attached individual paddocks

• Three times a day feeding with grower direct high quality orchard

grass, Timothy and alfalfa, Northwest Supplement, rolled oats, beet pulp and owner provided supplements

• Twice daily stall cleaning including fresh shavings, daily turnout and blanketing upon request

 

$785.000 month

Condos include:

• 12'x14' detached condo

• Vaulted ceiling

• Private Storage

• Three times a day feeding with grower direct high quality orchard grass, Timothy and alfalfa, Northwest Supplement, rolled oats, beet pulp and owner provided supplements

• Twice daily cleaning including fresh shavings, daily turnout and blanketing upon reque

 

 

Additional Fees

• Medicinal therapy administration

• Holding for ferrier or vet

• Trailer storage: 1-3 horse trailer $45mo, 4 horse trailer $55mo

 

Horses for Lease

MisFit Farm offers leasing on either a full, half or partial lease. A lease allows you to experience the joys and responsibilities of horse ownership without the long-term financial commitment  and liabilities of purchasing a horse. MisFit Farm offers leases on a limited basis. Call for availability.

Full Lease: $675 month

Half Lease (3 rides per week): $325 month

Partial Lease (2 rides per week): $225 month
